An LS&Co. COVID-19 Business Impact Update

Marc Rosen, EVP & President, Levi Strauss Americas
Levi Strauss & Co.
March 28, 2020

At Levi Strauss & Co., the health and safety of our employees and the communities we serve are our top priority. With that in mind, we are extending the closures of all of our owned-and-operated stores in the United States and Canada, effective immediately, until further notice.

We will constantly monitor this situation and reopen our stores when it is appropriate to do so.

Again, these temporary closures do not affect our online and mobile operations. Our ecommerce store at levi.com will remain open for business.

It is imperative that we continue to follow the guidelines communicated through local authorities and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Public Health Agency of Canada, and to develop a plan to protect ourselves and our families. Stay at home, practice social distancing and avoid any unnecessary risks. Although every day brings new challenges, we are confident that we will get through them if we follow the guidelines.

Levi Strauss & Co. has always been about unity and self-expression. This is a time for us all to express solidarity with one another by doing what we can to stem the spread of the coronavirus and ensure a healthy, vibrant future for our communities. Too many lives have been lost, and many more are at risk.

As always, we will continue to provide updates as the situation evolves.
